Rules for the Priority Waiting List:

• ​​A non-refundable deposit of $53.- is required to be placed on the Priority Waiting List, of which $50 will go toward your chosen baby.
• Once the deposit is paid, all communication will be via texting.
• If you are looking for a specific gender, you will only get to choose from babies of that gender (unless I do not have that gender available). If you chose either gender, you will be able to choose form all available babies, but still in the order you are placed on the list.
• Once I send out pictures of the available Babies, you will have 15 minutes to choose (10 minutes for Christmas Babies). I will send out texts in groups of three, you will be asked to give me 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices, depending on where on the list you are placed at that time. If you miss your window, you can still choose, but may lost your spot on the waiting list.
• Full payment is due at time of pick-up. I accept only CASH, PayPal, or Venmo. A 4% service charge applies to all non-cash payments.
• Pick-up are always scheduled on weekend afternoons (except for Christmas, when I will make late evenings available). ​
